VEXAR does not need to receive or store complete payment-card details where those details are processed directly by our payment provider.

6. PAYMENTS
VEXAR uses third-party payment providers to process customer payments and subscriptions. New online Bin Collection subscriptions are currently processed using Stripe. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy and security arrangements. VEXAR may receive information including payment status, transaction identifiers, subscription status and limited payment-related information necessary to administer the service.
7. SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION
Where necessary, personal information may be shared with organisations that help VEXAR operate, including: • payment processors; • website and hosting providers; • email and communications providers; • IT or data-storage providers; • accountants and professional advisers; • service providers working on behalf of VEXAR; and • regulators, law enforcement agencies or other authorities where disclosure is legally required. VEXAR does not sell customer personal information.
